History of the Department:
The history of the department of Computer Science is not very old. It has started its academic journey from the session 2012-2013 onwards. At first, the department offered Computer Science as skill based compulsory course to the undergraduate students of the institute. It is skill going on during the year 2020 it has introduced PGDCA course under Dibrugarh University with the approval from the university authority. The founder teacher in the department is Mrs. Chandrani Sonowal and she is the one and only faculty at present times.
