Mission of the Department
- The subject Geography has interdisciplinary nature; therefore main focus of the department is to prepare students for a better understanding of different objects of the world and existing interdependencies with artistic view and scientific temperament.
- Incorporation of modern techniques along with traditional methods to study the earth and its resources for apposite understanding of thrust area.
- Prepare the students to face the future hurdles of life through practical knowledge gained from the subject.
